Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Time


All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


Delivery times may vary depending on the destination state and carrier transit times.


Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

 


Pre-Order Items


If an item is listed as Pre-Order, it will be clearly marked on the product page.


Pre-order items will include an estimated shipping date within the product description. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the item becomes available.


If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available.


 

Shipping Carriers


We ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


 

Order Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


 

Delivered Packages


Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Oriental Aromas Corp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related claims.
