Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the authenticity, quality, and safety of all fragrances, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit under any circumstances.
Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
